Holistic Management
He is a Senior Consultant, retired from the Army in 1991 after
26 years of distinguished service. He was with Tecumseh Products
India Limited (TPIL) as Manager-HRD and Training. During the
tenure of his employment, he was responsible for 5S implementation
across the organisation. He is a pioneer in the conversion
of industrial canteen wastes to vermicompost. He introduced
vermiculture in TPIL and ensured that all waste food of the
canteen was converted into manure and used for the company's
gardens.
